He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Withers and Lucy Withers; and his siblings, Homer Withers, David Withers, Georgia Withers, Clyda Fields and Edna Barber.
He is survived by: his wife Myrna Withers of Rocky Face, GA; and his siblings, Darrell Withers of Waynesburg, KY, John (Lisa Withers) and Mary Withers of Eubank, KY.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
