He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Siegel and Lee Siegel. He is survived by: his wife Faye Siegel; his children, Pam Maxwell of Howell, MI, Mike Siegel (DeLynna) of Smithville, MO and Steve Siegel (Erin) of Republic, MO; and the mother of his children Betty Johnson of Webb City, MO. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church, P.O. Box 827 Dalton, GA 30722 or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
