She is survived by: her children, Tim Hasty of Rocky and Pamela Brooks of Arizona; her siblings, Paul Sherbet of Richman, KY, Don Sherbet of Kentucky and Bonnie Tyra of Richmond, KY; her grandchildren, Nichols Kuvik, Angela Brooks, William Brooks and John Brooks; and her great grandchildren, Cody Leitner, Dillon Leitner, Richard Brooks and Dashawn Brooks.
