He is survived by: his wife Mary Nell Anderson Hammontree; and his siblings-in-law, Myra Davis of Chatsworth, Marguerite Evans (Joe) of Dalton, Janice Anderson of Rocky Face, Larry and Judy Anderson of Tunnel Hill. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
