He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry T. Chadwick and Louise Chadwick (Morgan) of Rocky Face, Georgia.. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Chadwick (Ross); his children, Jenny Chadwick of Dalton and Brent A.; his daughter-in-law Larissa Chadwick of Rocky Face; his grandsons, Andre Weber (Amy) of Woodstock, GA, Ross Chadwick (Haylee) of Tunnel Hill and Reade Chadwick of Rocky Face; his great grandchild Paislee Jo Chadwick of Tunnel Hill; and his sister Joann Hoskins (Lynn). He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
