He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Phillips and Della Davenport Phillips; and his sisters, Thelma Stone and Myrtle Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Jana Phillips; his children, Jason Phillips (Emily) of Statesboro, Alison Williams (Dave) of Athens and Brian Phillips of Dalton; his grandchildren, Gavin, Rae, Caitlyn Phillips, Vanessa, Gibson and Lorelei Williams; and his brother Lonnie Phillips Jr. (Pam) of Dalton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to ones favorite charity.
