She is survived by: her parents, Phillip Burns of Breman, GA and Debbie Swim of Dalton; her husband Danny Carter of Rocky Face; her children, Jase Carter of Rocky Face, Jynson Carter of Rocky Face, Gavin Carter of Tunnel Hill, Abby Randolph of Rocky Face, Allie Carter of Tunnel Hill and Makayla Carter of Tunnel Hill; her siblings, Phillip Burns Jr. of Rome, Caleb Burns of Rome, Austin Cordell of Rocky Face and Melanie Smith of Dalton; her parents-in-law, Judy Carter and Bobby Carter; and her grandchildren, Mavrick and Paxton.
