He was predeceased by: his parents, James Weaver and Clara Weaver; and his brothers, Ricky Weaver, Edward Weaver and Jimmy Weaver.

He is survived by:, Danny Weaver, Kathy Weaver of Ringgold, Randy Weaver of Ringgold, Joyce Stephens of Chatsworth, Mary Ledford, Nearl Ledford of Rocky Face, Annette Talkington and Marvin Talkington of Dalton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
