It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tori Inez Welch of Rocky Face, Georgia, who passed away on January 28, 2022, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Charles Everhart; her grandmother Inez Bertaut; and her aunts, Brenda Roney and Shelby Burger. She is survived by: her mother Linda Everhart of Rocky Face; and her brother Michael Everhart (Jennifer) of Ringgold.
