He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Mullins and Eula Mullins; and his sister Dot Jones. He is survived by: his daughters, Earlene (Michael Deeter), Tracy Minke of Mississippi and Joni (Richard Adams); his sister Ellen; his brother-in-law Bill Callahan of Chatsworth; his brother James; his sister-in-law Pam Mullins of Calhoun; and his grandchildren, Lucas Trammell, Derrian Arehart, Alexis Adams, Katelyn Minke and Madelynn Minke. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
