He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Walker and Annie Mae Pippin; and his sister Sandra Buchannan. He is survived by: his wife Shelia Walker; his daughters, Melissa (Tony Lee), Laura Walker Rocky Face and Sabrina "Nina" Walker of Rocky Face; his nieces, Tanya Newby of Rocky Face, Tiffany Walker of Cohutta and Linda Whitley of Calhoun; his siblings, Denise Kittles of Ringgold and John Wayne; his sister-in-law Michelle Walker of Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Bralyn Lee, Jakob Phillips, Kaleb Phillips, Abegail and Adyen Newby. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
