It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Earl Russell (Rocky Face, Georgia), who passed away on April 14, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Russell and Gladys Russell; and his sister Geraldean Putman (Perry).
