He was predeceased by: his mother Carolyn Womack Rogers; and his brothers, Steve Womack and Hubert Womack, Jr.. He is survived by: his father Hubert Womack, Sr.; his daughter Lauren; his son-in-law Mason Heath; his sons, Christopher Womack and Jesse Womack; his grandchildren, Lorelei Womack and Ranger Heath; and his siblings, Carol Dutton and Dewayne Womack. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
