He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Clyde Malachi Culpepper and Bonnie Harbor Culpepper; his great-uncle Thomas Delmon Culpepper; his grandparents, John Harry Powell, Sr. and Betty Anne Washburn Powell; and his uncle John Harry Powell, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Maelee Grace and Bronson Lee Culpepper; his parents, David Gregory Culpepper and Lee Anne Powell Culpepper; his sister Casey Lee Morrison (Jacky Morrison); his godfather Rob Petry; and also, Brittany Kelley Culpepper, Ronnie and Teresa Kelley.
Social distancing guidelines will be followed, and masks are requested during the services.
