He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Lee Rogers and Ruby Josephine McCabe Rogers; and his siblings, Bud Rogers, Bill Rogers, Fred Rogers and Bobbie Headrick.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hibberts Rogers; his sons, Jason Todd Rogers (Tabatha) and Jeff Dewayne Rogers (Stephanie); his grandsons, Todd Rogers and Dylan Rogers; and his siblings, Larry Paul Rogers, David Rogers (Linda) and Libby Holland (Kenneth). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
