He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Early Billingsley and Rose Gaston Billingsley; and his siblings, Jenny Morgan, Dawn Denson, Bud Billingsley and Jim Billingsley.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley V. Billingsley; his children, Gina Willerson, Charles Claypool (Mary) and Jerry Claypool; his grandchildren, Dakota Willerson (Allie), Hayden Claypool and Allison Claypool; and his great grandchildren, Scarlett Esme Willerson, Amari Boatner and Rayne Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
