She was predeceased by: her parents, Emery Dee Pruitt and Shellie Davidson Tuggle; her husband Sidney Roger "Danny" Garrett; her daughter Susan Garrett Magnicheri; her stepfather Thomas Howell Tuggle; and her siblings, Imo Waddell and Alton Pruitt.
She is survived by: her daughter Patti Bowling (Bill) of Rome; and her grandchildren, Shellie Bowling (Chelsea) of Rome, Garrett Bowling of Rome, Sean Bowling of Rome, Haylee Magnicheri of Calhoun, Hannah Magnicheri of Calhoun and Sam Magnicheri (Phoebe) of Calhoun.
Social distancing guidelines will be followed and masks are requested.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Alzheimer's Association or the American Cancer Society in Ms. Garrett's memory.
