James Lee Payne Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Lee Payne of Rome, Georgia, who passed away on December 17, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, James Walter Payne and Betsy Lee Sims Payne. He is survived by : his children, Scott Payne (Lesa) and Jennifer Payne; his grandchildren, Julia Nicole Payne, Madison Leigh Hall and Selena Gordy; and his sisters, Donna Brown (John) and Belinda Wilson (Bob). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
