She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Carroll O'Neal, Sr. and Eula Eva James O'Neal; her husband Raymond Griffin Johnson; and her siblings, Gene O'Neal, Louis O'Neal, Dorothy Hootman, Louise Rutledge, Alene Evans, Pearly Barton, Gaye Williams and Patricia Lowe.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Elaine Tate Moody (Bill) and Myra Ann Tate Hunter of Shannon; her grandson Jesse Gabriel Hunter of Maineville, OH; and her brother Leon O'Neal.
