She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lacey Gingrich and Blanche Estelle Rogers Gingrich; her son Michael Allen Shook; and her siblings, John Lacey Gingrich, Dorothy Ruth Gingrich and Katherine Willadene Gingrich.
She is survived by: her husband Johnny Hiram Shook; her children, Rhonda Shook Sizemore of Rochester, NY and James William Shook (Jenny); her grandchildren, Nicholas Sharman (Katrina) and Ainslee Sharman (Logan Sorenson); her great grandchildren, Wyatt Sharman, Avalynn Sorenson and Waylon Sharman; and her nieces, Carol Ann Hedges and Huntsville.
