She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. W. Marlin Payne; her parents, Thomas Dow Brock and Ethel Little Brock; her husband Summerville; her son Probate; her sister Evelyn; her brother-in-law Jimmy Carroll; her brother Paul; her sister-in-law Mary Lou Brock; and her nieces, Rebecca Carroll and Montyne Flint.
She is survived by: her children, Jon, Jonathan Marlin Payne, Marla Brock Payne Wise (Darrell) and Thomas David (Tommy); her grandchildren, Patrick Payne, Chase Payne (Brandee), Marlie Payne, Marisa Wise Parmer (Nathan), Darik Wise (Katie), Amy Payne Clifton (Chad) and Christopher Payne (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Madalyn, Audrey, Jake Clifton, Laney, Logan Payne, Harper Payne, Addison, Reece Wise and Elise Parmer; her sisters-in-law, Betty Crotty and Ann Williams; and her cousin Sammie Frye Dobson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
