He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Lynn White Murphy; his children, Alida Conway (Gary), Chad Murphy, Keetra Murphy and Seth Murphy; and his siblings, Angela Addington (Larry) and Phillip Murphy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
