He is survived by: his wife Shirley Kinsey Johnston; his children, Stacey Johnston Pierce (Todd) and Russell Phillip Johnston (Sandra); his grandchildren, Bryan Mann (Letta), Terra Dixon (Paul), Zach Mann, Jamison Johnston (Miranda), Alexandria Pierce, Kelsey Reddish (Dillon), Alicia Johnston and Jordan Johnston; and his sisters, Sandra Kerr, Lynn Swanson and Lafayette. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
