It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra McCarter of Rome, Georgia, born in Selma, Alabama, who passed away on December 28, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Graham and Peggy J. Gay Sheriff. She is survived by: her husband Jerry McCarter (Bulldog); her sister Donna Hightower (Tim) of Plainville; and her siblings-in-law, Patricia Broadrick of Sugar Valley, Edith Lorene Sexton (Clemmie) and Larry McCarter of Ranger. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Due to the National Health Crisis and the COVID-19 virus, mask must be worn properly at all times and social distancing must be observed when attending the service.
