She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Padgett and Bertha Irene Corbin Padgett; her husbands, James Larry Mullins Sr. and Richard Vetter; and her daughter Carla Amanda Adams.
She is survived by: her daughters, Crystal Owens (Kenneth) and Deborah Baggett (John); her siblings, J. L. Padgett (Anna) and Sharon Harkins (David); and her grandchildren, Amanda, Megan, Morgan, Jeremy, Deborah, Trey, Dustin, Thomas, Zach and Josh. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
