She was predeceased by: her mother Wanda Faye Patterson Warren; and her former husband Allison Alford. She is survived by: her father Harold B. F. Crowe; her husband David Ronald Fowler; her children, Chelsea Fowler, Amy Alford Rogers and Adam Alford; her stepchildren, Joey Fowler and Jason Fowler; and her stepsisters, Judy Minshew and Janet Hardy. She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Social distancing measures will be followed, and masks are requested at both the visitation and funeral service.
