It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Joseph Tarpley (Rome, Georgia), who passed away on April 6, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandfather Thomas Wall; his uncle Gaston Wall; his son Joe Jr.; his wife June; his children, Thomas Joseph Tarpley, Jr. (Veranita Alvord) of Reidsville, NC, Susan Tarpley Stout (Dwight Stout) of Rome and Chris Tarpley (Emily Tarpley) of Calhoun; and his grandchildren, Katie Stout Storey-Pitts (Kevin), Sidney Stout Klein (Conner), Caroline Tarpley, Olivia Tarpley, Blake Garland, Brett Garland and Ivan Tarpley.
