It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willie Alton Poole Sr. of Rome, Georgia, who passed away on February 4, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie A. J. Poole and Sarah Kidd Poole; his wife Esther Ruth Loveless Poole; and his siblings, Charlene, Wanda Poole and Dick Poole.
He is survived by: his children, Willie Alton "Al" Poole, Jr. (Amanda) and Christy Poole Hubbard (Terry); his grandchildren, Mylia, Macie, Rebecca and Jackson; his close friend Arleen Smith; and his siblings, Randy Poole (Karen), John Poole and Alene Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
