She is survived by: her children, William "Gable" Proctor and Scarlet Proctor (Jeff); her brother Elton Loanard Jr.; her grandchildren, Mark Weller and Olivia Weller; and her aunt Eula Grant. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
