She is survived by : her daughter Teri Sullivan (Chris); her siblings, Mildred Turnipseed and C. L. Fisher (Claudette); her grandchildren, Ty Cook, Ryan Cook, Mackenzie Sisk and Ian Sisk; and her great grandchildren, Webb Cook and Gray Cook. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
