He is survived by: his daughters, Lesia Lewis (Greg), Tammie Hackworth and Suzan Clayton (Greg Smith); his brother Wayne Hackworth; and his grandchildren, Rodney Clayton, Madalyn Lewis, Breanna Hackworth and Savannah Lively. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
