He was predeceased by: his wife Dana Julie Romines Biggers; and his siblings, Debbie Lindsey, Mary Biggers and Roger Biggers. He is survived by: his children, James "Jimmy" William Biggers II (Brandy) of LaFayette, GA, Amanda Marie Root (Cory) of Harrison, TN, Jarod Lee Biggers and Sara Michele Biggers; his grandchildren, Donovan, Zoey, Remy, Zorianna, Kiana, Ava and Warner; and his sisters, Gail Manis of LaFayette, GA and Glenda Manis (Wilmer) of LaFayette, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
