It is with great sadness that we announce the death of DeCarla Yvonne Cothran Frix of Rossville, Georgia, who passed away on February 12, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, L. T. Cothran (Hazel Beatrice Kirby Cothran) and North of Georgia; her husband Anthony David Frix; and her siblings, Linda Cothran, Judy Miller, Bill Cothran, Tony Cothran, Jimmy Cothran and Richard Cothran.
She is survived by: her children, Peanut Cothran (Lynn) and Hotrod Beard; her siblings, Bonnie Norris, JoAnn Taylor and Paul Cothran; and her grandchildren, Jacob Beard, Decarla Cothran and Gracie Beard. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
