She was predeceased by : her parents, Delmar Frazier and Zemelee Tate Frazier; her husband Charles E. Whitecotton; and her brothers, Carl Frazier, Robert Frazier and Phillip Frazier.
She is survived by : her children, Eddie Whitecotton (Vickie), Deborah Smith (Gary) and Donna Holder (Les); her sister Betty Fulghum; her grandchildren, Carla, Tommy, Jason, Brittany, Jake, Ryan and Alex; her great grandchildren, Kaylan, Sara, Justin, Cheyenne, Moses, Staten, Deacon, Lettie, Neyland, Emery, Millie, Olivia, Rylee, Rhett, River, Savannah and Lilly; and her great great grandchild Grayson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and numerous extended family & friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the W. L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Homes - Fort Oglethorpe Chapel (555 W Cloud Springs Rd, Rossville, GA 30741). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
