She is survived by: her husband William Billington; her children, JoAnn Saxton (David) and Thomas Billington (Cathy); her sister Fay Peters; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Billington (Cindy), Christopher Jenkins, Katie Allen (JT), Shannon Murphy (Kevin), Marc Saxton (Lindsey) and Laura Welsh (Matt). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.
