He is survived by : his wife Stephanie Smith; his children, Damien Blue and Rhea Blue; his mother Juliona Neblett; his siblings, Jesse Murphy (Crystal Adkins), Justin Murphy (Stephanie), Tye Murphy, Misty Blue, Lisa Blue and Joseph Blue; and his uncle Butch Van Voorhis.
