He was predeceased by: his wife Katherine Guthrie; and his brother Harry Guthrie. He is survived by: his children, Judy Spurling (Gary) of Portland, TN, Randy Guthrie (Rita) and Sandra Pierce. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
