She was predeceased by: her father Jess Mai; her husbands, James Frank Smith Sr. and Lloyd York; her brother Gene Loach; and her brother-in-law Bobby Busby.
She is survived by: her children, James Frank Smith Jr. (Michelle), Teresa Ann Smith and William Ray Smith; her sisters, Linda Busby and Judy Wilson; her grandchildren, Courtney Donald (Sean), Nicole Rains (Will), Delanie Smith and Jasmine Petit; and her great grandchildren, Alex, Killian and Maxson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
