She is survived by: her son Frank Blake, III (Donna); her grandchildren, Gidget Gale Blake, Michelle Blake, Jennifer Prather, Amanda Blake, Lisa Marie Blake and Tammy Lee; and her great grandchildren, James Cooper Kocincki, Blaze "Boo" Blake and Carolyn.
