She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Seay; her parents, Fredrick E. Exum and Mildred R. Exum; and her siblings, Joan Pendergrass, Jane Coffelt, Leonard Exum and Fred Exum.
She is survived by: her children, Carrie West (Mick) and Kelley Seay (Summer); and her grandchildren, Jordan Howard, Tyler Prophater, Briley West, Oliver West, Olivia West, Jake Seay, Hannah Seay and Henry Seay. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended friends.
