McDonnell, Jr. (Vangie Foshee); her husband Dr. Gettis Broadwell Flagg; her siblings, Ralph Ennis Duke, James Duke, Fred Thomas Judson Duke, Jr. and Nora Elizabeth Duke; her stepdaughter Carolyn Flagg Temple; her children, Ann McDonnell Fratesi and George Robert McDonnell (Patricia Charlton); her stepdaughter Cass Flagg (Hyler Bracey); her sister Jean Duke Mullens; her grandchildren, Michael Lewis Fratesi Jr., Emily Katherine Fratesi (Todd Jackson), Jocelyn Elizabeth Charlton, Dr. Brittany Michelle Charlton (Andrew Flamang), John William McDonnell and Thomas Scott McDonnell; and her great grandchildren, Cabrie Charlton Flamang, Adlin Charlton Flamang and Ailey Charlton Flamang.
