He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Coulter and Opal Coulter; and his siblings, Don Coulter and Jane Chislom. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Reed Coulter; his son Shawn Coulter (Cindy); and his grandsons, Reed and Alex Coulter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
