It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Elaine Ransom Lumpkin (Rossville, Georgia), who passed away on July 17, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Ransom and Sallie Nancy Storey Ransom; her husband Willie Lee Lumpkin; her son Ortega Lumpkin; and her brother Michael Ransom.
She is survived by: her children, Antonio Lumpkin (Eisha) and Kasandra D. Lumpkin; her grandchildren, Kierra Coln (Chase Saulnier), Kayla Lumpkin, Anthony Lumpkin, Brittany Washington (Jamal), Briana Toran, Raven Lumpkin, Ortega Wilson and Cihanny Tyson; her great grandchildren, Elaina Bridges, Carter Lumpkin and Xander Lumpkin; and her siblings, Sandra Roman (Nestor), Sharon Burse, Darrell Ransom, Bernard Ransom (Angela) and William F. Ransom (Letha). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends, and her church family.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the New Salem Baptist Church (756 Dewberry Rd, Rossville, GA 30741). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
