He is survived by: his wife Sue Blevins; his children, Derick Blevins (Susan) and Nickie Blevins Gates (Brandon); his siblings, Rhonda Deason (Bill), Robyn Wright (Jan) and Ronald Blevins; and his grandchildren, Abigail, Madison, Logan, Lucas, Analise, Liam and Jett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
