He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Louvella Roberts (Guy), Amos Shaw, Raymond Clark, Sr. and Betty Milligan; his uncles, Fred Milligan and Ronald Milligan; and his aunt Sharon Bolton.
He is survived by: his parents, Darlene Milligan and Raymond Clark II (Dee Rivers); his significant other Heather Vega; his children, Rosie Green (Ryan) and Marc Vega; his siblings, Samantha Harris (Bobby), Ricky Milligan and Ryan Fullington; his son Jack Wilson III; his stepbrothers, Billy Rivers (Claudia) and Bobby Rivers; his uncle Hershell "Pete" Shaw (Caroline); and his aunts, Ann Brown (Robert) and Janice Milligan. He is also survived by several nieces and cousins.
