She was predeceased by : her mother Roxanne McLain. She is survived by : her father John McLain; her husband Chad Hulsey; her sons, William and Eugene; and her siblings, Rabecca (Micah), Rhea Carter (Monty), Joshua McLain, Jordan McLain and Joel McLain. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
