He is survived by: his spouse Sherma Smith Halpin; his children, Kent Halpin (Cindy) of Ringgold, Kathy Ward of Rossville, Pete Halpin (Susie) of Chattanooga and Jennifer Yeargan (Charlie) of Red Bank; his siblings, Joyce Crowe of Ider and Ollis Halpin of Michigan; and his grandchildren, Ansley Halpin (Tiffany), Karrie Ward Evans, Nalani Halpin Chenausky, Kristi Ward, Ryan Halpin, Whitney Halpin and Hillary Halpin. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
