She was predeceased by : her parents, Dorothy Mae Carter and Toddie Ethelbert Green; her grandparents, Elise Dixon and Edward Burgess, Sr.; her sister Diana Alisa Crute; her aunts and uncles, Harriett Phillips, Gloria Jean Sumter, Leroy Phillips, Curtis Phillips and Isaac Dixon Jr.; and her cousin Carla Phillips.

She is survived by : her former life partner Eugene Bernard Green; her children, Darnell Green and S. Monique Green; her grandchildren, Adriana Nicole Smith and Kevin Benjamin Webb Jr.; her siblings, Janice Duffin and Douglas Green; her nephews, Andre Crute, Alexis Crute, Travis Crute and Bart Griffin; her uncle Carl Phillips; and her cousins, Jacqueline Oberlander, Carlton Phillips, Isaac Dixon III and Sharon Bethea. She is also survived by other great nieces and nephews, cousins, family, and friends.

Pam Oldaker wrote a sympathy message

“I loved Belinda, I met her through East Cobb Business Association. We ordered her greens and mac and cheese for a thanksgiving meal. Her sweet smile was wonderful, my husband who is from the south enjoyed chatting with her about her "greens". We will miss her and my deepest condolences to the family.. She was a wonderful woman, and she and I shared the same birthday! Hugs and Love Pam Oldaker”
