He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Vollenweider, Jr. and Clarissa Woodruff; and his siblings, Lawrence (Betty Jo), Howard (Patricia) and Doris Vollenweider (Cyril).
He is survived by: his siblings, Melvin (Greta), Edgar (Clarice), Lester (Yvonne), Myra (Tom) and George "Pete" Vollenweider (Patricia); his wife Shirley Duczer; his children, Emmett Jr. (Toni), Mark, Marian (Dennis), Edward (Diane), Thomas and Timothy (Sallie); and his stepdaughter Laura (Brian). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
