He was predeceased by: his wife Blanche D. Raysor; his daughter Pamela J. Lilley; and his parents, Wilbur S. Lilley and S. Elva Hatfield. He is survived by: his children, Roger Lilley (Karen) of Acworth, GA and Andrea Gladden (Jack) of Winchester, VA. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
